By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms cover AI NEXTGEN LTD's website and applications, including PDF Scanner, subject to any additional app-specific terms and applicable store terms.
Subject to these terms, you may use PDF Scanner for your personal or business document workflows. You retain your rights in your documents and are responsible for having permission to scan, process and share them. This permission does not transfer ownership of the application or permit unlawful use. Other applications remain subject to their applicable licenses.
The materials on AI NEXTGEN LTD's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. AI NEXTGEN LTD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall AI NEXTGEN LTD or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AI NEXTGEN LTD's website.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Basic scanning, signatures and basic PDF export are available without a subscription. An active PDF Scanner Pro subscription provides ongoing access to text recognition (OCR) and document merging. Available plans, local prices and billing periods are shown in the app and store purchase screen before you confirm. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases and restore subscription access.
The Android weekly plan renews automatically each week unless canceled. Eligible new subscribers may receive a paid introductory week. For the US offer, the first seven days cost US$0.49, followed by US$9.99 per week. This is a paid introductory offer, not a free trial. Eligibility and local prices vary; the terms shown before purchase apply to your transaction.
Payment is charged through your store account. You can manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings. For purchases through Apple, use Apple subscription settings. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling the app or requesting data deletion does not cancel a subscription.
After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds and any immediate cancellation rights are governed by the applicable store policies and mandatory law. Use Restore purchases with the store account used for purchase if access needs to be restored. We do not promise transfer of subscriptions between different stores.
Review OCR results and exported documents before relying on them. Recognition can contain errors. Drawing a signature does not by itself verify a signer's identity or guarantee a document's legal validity. Keep your own backups: uninstalling or clearing app storage can remove local documents, and we cannot recover documents that were stored only on your device.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. The disclaimers, limitations and governing-law provisions above are subject to those mandatory rights, including any right to bring a claim before courts available under local consumer law.
