AI Next Gen Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application DeepSearch: People Finder AI (the "App"), available on Google Play for Android devices (package: com.deepsearch.people.finder). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and being transparent about our data practices.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your data when you use DeepSearch: People Finder AI. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

DeepSearch: People Finder AI is an AI-powered tool that surfaces publicly available information from the web. We do not access private databases, government records, or any information that is not already in the public domain. We are not a Consumer Reporting Agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the App.

We explicitly do not collect or access the following:

• Your real name, email address, or any account credentials (we operate without requiring account login)
• Your precise or approximate location data
• Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
• Your payment card details (handled entirely by Google Play)
• Private records such as medical, financial, legal, or government databases
• Social Security Numbers, national identification numbers, or any government-issued identifiers
• Background check data or consumer report information

We use the limited data we collect for the following purposes:

• Processing search queries: Your search input is sent to the OpenAI API to generate AI-powered summaries of publicly available information about the search subject.
• Delivering search results: Results are returned to you in-app and are based solely on publicly accessible web sources.
• Managing subscriptions: We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status and unlock Pro features accordingly.
• Improving the App: Anonymous usage analytics help us understand which features are used, identify crashes, and prioritise improvements.
• Ensuring App integrity: Usage patterns may be monitored to detect and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering and improving the App's functionality.

DeepSearch: People Finder AI stores your search history locally on your device using React Native AsyncStorage. This data:

• Never leaves your device under normal operation
• Is not transmitted to our servers, OpenAI, Supabase, or any other service
• Is entirely under your control and can be deleted at any time

DeepSearch: People Finder AI integrates the following third-party services to function. Each service operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to read their respective policies before using the App.

You have full control over the data associated with your use of DeepSearch: People Finder AI.

To delete your local search history: Go to Settings → Clear Search History within the App. This action is immediate and irreversible.

To request deletion of any server-side anonymous data: Email us at contact@ainextgenltd.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will permanently delete any identifiable data (such as anonymous session records in Supabase) within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm the deletion in writing.

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may also have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has used the App or provided personal information, please contact us immediately at contact@ainextgenltd.com. We will take prompt steps to investigate and delete any such information from our records.

The information surfaced by this App consists of publicly available data aggregated from open web sources and processed using AI technology. This information:

• Is not a consumer report under the FCRA
• May not be used for employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA
• May contain inaccuracies, as it is generated by AI and sourced from public data that may be outdated or incomplete

Any use of results from DeepSearch: People Finder AI for purposes regulated by the FCRA, GDPR, or any equivalent consumer protection legislation is strictly prohibited and solely at the user's own risk.

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we handle, including:

• Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted between the App and our backend services
• Restricted access controls on our Supabase backend
• No storage of raw search queries on our servers beyond the immediate processing window required by the OpenAI API

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our data practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify users via an in-app notification or Google Play store posting.

Your continued use of DeepSearch: People Finder AI after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
