Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AI Next Gen Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16022829), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("AI Next Gen Ltd," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DeepSearch: People Finder AI (the "App," available on Google Play under package name com.deepsearch.people.finder), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the App and uninstall it from your device. Your continued use of the App following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

DeepSearch: People Finder AI is an AI-powered mobile application that enables users to search for publicly available information about individuals using artificial intelligence technology. The App operates as follows:

• You enter a search query (such as a person's name) into the App.
• Your query is processed by the OpenAI API, which uses large language models to generate an AI-powered summary of publicly available information related to your query.
• Results are sourced exclusively from information already available in the public domain — including public social media profiles, news articles, public records, business directories, and other open web sources.
• Results are returned to you within the App.

The App is offered under a freemium model. Free-tier users have access to a limited number of searches per period. Users who subscribe to the DeepSearch Pro plan gain access to expanded search limits and additional features, as described in the App's subscription details at the time of purchase.

DeepSearch: People Finder AI is provided strictly for lawful, personal informational purposes. By using the App, you expressly agree that you will not use the App, or any results obtained from it, for any of the following purposes:

• Employment screening: You may not use results to evaluate, screen, hire, or make employment decisions about any individual, whether as an employer, recruiter, or any other party.
• Tenant or housing screening: You may not use results to evaluate any individual's suitability as a tenant or for any housing or accommodation decision.
• Credit decisions: You may not use results to assess, grant, deny, or modify credit, loans, insurance, or any other financial product offered to an individual.
• Stalking or harassment: You may not use the App to locate, monitor, track, intimidate, threaten, or harass any individual. Any use of the App to facilitate stalking, domestic abuse, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.
• Any purpose regulated by the FCRA: You may not use this App for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., including but not limited to generating consumer reports, background checks, or any "permissible purpose" as defined under the FCRA.
• Any purpose regulated by the GDPR or equivalent law: You may not use results in a manner that violates the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation, or any equivalent data protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Unlawful purposes: You may not use the App for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of any person.
• Automated scraping or abuse: You may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any means to systematically query, scrape, or extract data from the App beyond normal human use.
• Reselling or redistributing results: You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit results generated by the App without our express written permission.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the App without notice, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to report suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

The information provided through DeepSearch: People Finder AI is sourced from publicly available information on the open web and is generated by AI language models. As such:

• Results generated by this App do not constitute a "consumer report" as defined under the FCRA.
• Results may not be used as the basis for any decision covered by the FCRA, including employment decisions, credit decisions, tenancy decisions, or insurance underwriting.
• Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and have not been verified against official records or databases.
• We do not access restricted government databases, credit bureaus, court systems, or any private data repositories.

By using this App, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this disclaimer, and that you will not use results for any FCRA-regulated purpose. If you require a compliant background check or consumer report, you must use a licensed Consumer Reporting Agency.

DeepSearch: People Finder AI offers a free tier and a paid DeepSearch Pro subscription. All subscription purchases, renewals, and billing are processed and managed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS), depending on your platform.

Subscription entitlements are managed via RevenueCat. We do not process or store your payment information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Google Play in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranties or representations that:

• Search results are accurate, complete, current, or reliable. All results are AI-generated summaries of publicly available data and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
• The App will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• The App will be free from viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.
• Any information obtained through the App will meet your requirements or expectations.
• Defects in the App will be corrected.

You acknowledge that you use the App entirely at your own risk. The inclusion of any individual in App search results does not imply any connection to, endorsement by, or validation from AI Next Gen Ltd.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, AI Next Gen Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Damages arising from your reliance on results generated by the App;
• Damages arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms, including any prohibited use;
• Damages arising from any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or error in any search result;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Damages caused by third-party services, including OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat, or Google Play.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App exceed the greater of: (a) the total subscription fees paid by you to AI Next Gen Ltd in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £50 GBP.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

The App, including its design, code, branding, name ("DeepSearch: People Finder AI"), logo, user interface, and all associated content created by AI Next Gen Ltd, is the exclusive intellectual property of AI Next Gen Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales and applicable international treaties.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding in the App;
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding in any manner without our prior written consent.

AI-generated search results produced by the App are provided for your personal informational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these results.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• Your use of the App poses a risk to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service;
• You are using the App for any prohibited purpose set out in Section 3;
• We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before uninstalling to avoid further charges.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 10) shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation, provided that we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page;
• Where required by applicable law, notify you via an in-app notice, a Google Play store update notice, or by other appropriate means before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the App after revised Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
